WHY does $17 MILLION go to President Biden in the $40 billion bill for Ukraine?? Havenât the Bidenâs made enough money in Ukraine? Is this for Hunter? BUT NO BABY FORMULA for American mothers! Nope, Democrats hate babies. Inside and outside the womb.
Article about Midland. Nog far from me, I lived there for years before I moved back to California.
Highest Inflation in America Is Punishing a Texas Town and Its Residents
Midland, Texas, is strung between El Paso and Dallas along Interstate 20, and more than four hoursâ drive from either big city. Its far-flung location makes everything costlier and harder to get, including workers and vehicles, which you need to go anywhere in the spread-out region with limited public transportation. Add to that the local economyâs reliance on oil, and you get the unenviable No. 1 spot for inflation over the past year.
Listen to this story.
Menus at local restaurants have sticky notes telling diners that prices have been raised. A gallon of milk has surged to about $6 at local gas stations, often the closest option for basics. And each Wednesday, a growing line of hundreds of cars forms outside the areaâs largest food bank.
Inflation in Midland has hovered near 10% for the past six months, more than any of the about 400 metropolitan areas tracked by Moody’s Analytics â and well above the national average.
On the ground, the implications are very real for Bo Garrison, owner of Permian Dirt Works LLC. He and his 20 workers use about two dozen trucks, excavators and bulldozers to dig, flatten and haul several tons of caliche rock and earth each day, creating roads and level extraction sites called âpadsâ for energy companies.
A few weeks ago over enchiladas at a Mexican restaurant in town, a Caterpillar Inc. salesperson gave Garrison some bad news: There were no more bulldozers available. Shortly after that, his primary car dealer told him something previously unthinkable: There were no new Ford F-250s available in Midland until at least 2023.
Garrisonâs company will have to pay more for repairs and rentals and try to pass on the cost â and in some cases may have to pass on some contracts. Other expenses are piling up, including wages, which he raised up to 20% in the past year, and $650 a day for employeesâ fuel â nearly double the amount just a few months ago.
âNow I gotta cross my fingers and pray that my mechanics are taking care of the equipment because if they break, thatâs it,â

NATO on the Alarm: Dozens of Russian battleships amassing in the Black Sea.
I sure miss having PDJT at the helm.
Maybe they are going for Odesa.
Then the Russians would have a land bridge to Moldava along the southern coast of Ukraine.
I certainly hope that Republicans running for office include this abomination of a vote in their ads. Anyone who thinks that abortion should be legal up to the moment of birth would never vote for a Republican anyway. Many undecideds might just be repulsed at the idea if they know about it.
These Dems have no soul.
Very true.
They are soulless creatures who belong nowhere near the levers of power—anywhere in America.

Breathtaking. Glad he is indicted. It was so much easier to cheat in 2020. I wonder what his numbers were then.

Biden Disinformation Czar Demands Power To Edit Other People’s Tweets
Asserting that she was âeligible for it because Iâm verified,â Jankowicz then bemoaned the fact there are people on Twitter with different opinions to her who also have the blue tick but âshouldnât be verifiedâ because theyâre ânot trustworthy.â
âSo verified people can essentially start to edit Twitter the same sort of way that Wikipedia is so they can add context to certain tweets,â said Jankowicz.
She then provided the example, which she claimed was non-political, of President Trump tweeting about voter fraud.
âSomeone could add context from one of the 60 lawsuits that went through the court or something that an election official in one of the states said, perhaps your own Secretary of State and his news conferences, something like that,â said Jankowicz.
âAdding context so that people have a fuller picture rather than just an individual claim on a tweet,â she added.

Did you see Tucker’s segment about euthanizing poor people in Canada? I looked it up and found the horrifying article.
Why is Canada euthanising the poor?
A man with a neurodegenerative disease testified to Parliament that nurses and a medical ethicist at a hospital tried to coerce him into killing himself by threatening to bankrupt him with extra costs or by kicking him out of the hospital, and by withholding water from him for 20 days. Virtually every disability rights group in the country opposed the new law. To no effect: for once, the government found it convenient to ignore these otherwise impeccably progressive groups.
Since then, things have only gotten worse. A woman in Ontario was forced into euthanasia because her housing benefits did not allow her to get better housing which didnât aggravate her crippling allergies. Another disabled woman applied to die because she âsimply cannot afford to keep on livingâ. Another sought euthanasia because Covid-related debt left her unable to pay for the treatment which kept her chronic pain bearableâunder the present government, disabled Canadians got $600 in additional financial assistance during Covid; university students got $5,000.
When the family of a 35-year-old disabled man who resorted to euthanasia arrived at the care home where he lived, they encountered âurine on the floor⌠spots where there was feces on the floor⌠spots where your feet were just sticking. Like, if you stood at his bedside and when you went to walk away, your foot was literally stuck.â According to the Canadian government, the assisted suicide law is about âprioritis[ing] the individual autonomy of Canadiansâ; one may wonder how much autonomy a disabled man lying in his own filth had in weighing death over life.
Despite the Canadian governmentâs insistence that assisted suicide is all about individual autonomy, it has also kept an eye on its fiscal advantages. Even before Bill C-7 entered into force, the countryâs Parliamentary Budget Officer published a report about the cost savings it would create: whereas the old MAID regime saved $86.9 million per year âa ânet cost reductionâ, in the sterile words of the reportâBill C-7 would create additional net savings of $62 million per year. Healthcare, particular for those suffering from chronic conditions, is expensive; but assisted suicide only costs the taxpayer $2,327 per âcaseâ. And, of course, those who have to rely wholly on government-provided Medicare pose a far greater burden on the exchequer than those who have savings or private insurance
Next year, the floodgates will open even further when those suffering from mental illnessâanother disproportionately poor groupâbecome eligible for assisted suicide, although enthusiastic doctors and nurses have already pre-empted the law. There is already talk of allowing âmature minorsâ access to euthanasia tooâjust think of the lifetime savings. But remember, slippery slopes are always a fallacy.

President Joe Biden visited a family farm in Illinois on Wednesday where he announced steps his administration is taking to lower the costs of farming and food.
The president announced that his administration will expand insurance for double cropping, which allows farmers to plant a second crop on the same land in the same year. He also announced the government would increase technical assistance to farmers and double the funding to produce fertilizer domestically.
(So Biden cares about us?)
(NOPE)
âRight now, Americans are fighting on two fronts. At home, itâs inflation and rising prices. Abroad, itâs helping Ukrainians defend their democracy and feeding those who were left hungry around the world because Russian atrocities exist,” he said.
With Ukraine and Russia making up about 30 percent of the global wheat exports, international aid organizations have warned that millions are at risk of going hungry, particularly in Africa and the Middle East. Biden said the U.S. was working to address those shortages.
“We can make sure the American agriculture exports will make up for the gap in Ukrainian supplies,” he said.
