It pisses me off that mental illness was mentioned. Why not just let her go without personal details? Is that what they wanted folks to remember the mother by? Was it a last “stick it” to the mom by Wynonna?
especially right before an award. maybe they wanted to do it for mental health awareness..but yeah..it seems kind of cruel
but naomi was pretty vocal about her illness. maybe her electroshock therapy was a lot better than that you see in the movies
probably to promote mental illness awareness.
