I doubt it would have much an effect.
But, the newer Russian subs nicknamed the “black hole” by our navy is another matter.

...and enough air-defense missiles to swat away any conceivable aerial attack on the Black Sea Fleet’s amphibious flotilla. Wow - sounds about as unsinkable as the Bismarck!

“The Russian navy cruiser Moskva by far is the most powerful warship in the Black Sea.”
Only because no other power in the world actually cares to possess the Black Sea anymore. Well, maybe the Turks still care, if you can consider them a power.

I don’t think the Russian navy has kept up. Moskva probably doesn’t have enough genderfluid crew to be fully battleworthy.

I had a look at this ship when she visited SF a few years back. She is/was big.

enough air-defense missiles to swat away any conceivable aerial attack on the Black Sea Fleet’s amphibious flotilla. As always, we puff up Russian weapons as some super threat. Moskva's air defense system has significant limitations against modern ASCM's and tactics.

Sure the ship is ‘packed with weapons’ - but it’s doubtful many of them actually function. I’ve been on Russian ships, and their missile tubes had so many coats of paint, it’s doubtful they can even open them without several needleguns and sledgehammers.
