Former Fox News anchor Chris Wallace has reportedly been breaking down in front of his crew over the “miserable failure” of the new streaming platform CNN+.
The launch of CNN+ has been anything but stellar, according to the latest statistics, with the platform drawing in close to less than 10,000 daily viewers and even fewer subscribers. Per CNBC:
Fewer than 10,000 people are using CNN+ on a daily basis two weeks into its existence, according to people familiar with the matter.
CNN+ launched on March 29. The subscription news streaming service, which charges $5.99 a month or $59.99 annually, only became available on Roku on Monday and still isn’t on Android TV. Still, the paltry audience casts doubt on the future of the application following the recently completed combination of Discovery and WarnerMedia into Warner Bros. Discovery.
News of this disaster has not been well-received by Chris Wallace, who left Fox News in late-2021 to join CNN+, and he has reportedly voiced this frustration to his staffers, according to reporter Jon Nicosia.
“SOURCE: Chris Wallace is ‘having daily breakdowns’ over the ‘miserable launch’ of [CNN+],” Nicosia announced. “Wants a ‘CNN show or is threatening to walk’ they go on. ‘He is having staffers count how many times a day his promo is playing.’”

I agree. The truth is Trump won the election and Jan 6 didn’t even remotely resemble an insurrection.
Why would Putin do this?
There are second rate youtube channels that live stream about cooking omelettes that do better than this
It’s probably all relatives and friends and statistical rounding
That IS funny ... PAYING to watch CNN.
Wow! The same number of real people who voted for Joe Biden.
Does CNN have a drug testing policy? Can anyone, who is sober, believe that the public will pay for this?
If these people are not on drugs the implications are far worse. Our press is so totally out of contact with reality that they thought this was a viable idea.
I did what you told me too.
I’m a serious person!

What?
[central scrutinizer] Who are you talking to? The train left an hour ago.
That anyone thought large numbers of people were going to pay for CNN+ is beyond comical.
Yes and when that doesn’t work, get the government (the taxpayers) to subsidize it, like PBS and NPR.
Some serve as examples to others and some serve as warnings to others.
Even more comical is that anyone thought people were going to pay to watch Chris Wallace.
“They better raise their prices to make up for the lack of viewers. Isn’t that how liberalism works”
Obviously, a government subsidy is needed.

Paid for with a new “Equality & Fairness in Media” tax.

Seriously, it wouldn’t surprise me a bit if most of those viewers were friends, family, and people he has worked with.
Chris Wallace is not a very bright man. He made a very poor career decision and now he going to have to live with it. At least MeAgain Kelly didn’t spent all her time bitching about her poor choices.
“Couldn’t happen to a nicer guy. “
The thing is that I want to like Chris Wallace. But he’s demonstrated such a left wing blind side that it’s impossible to trust him. Other than that, he’s entirely likable and would be an excellent interviewer. It’s like he has been purchased or was corrupted somehow along the way. Makes me want to ask what exactly do they have on him?
