Having some notable family history with being on unfortunate lists, I don’t recommend this approach. Either leave it blank (and plead accident) or lie.

Good advice. It's sad but true that you need to "play along" even if it means lying.

All part of Obamacare’s goal to trace every single person.

Yes, these intrusive questions are an Obamacare requirement and not just for children.

Nurses ask very detailed questions alcohol consumption, for example. People should just lie and say "no" to the first alcohol question.

All medical records as part of Obamacare are digital (and searchable.) So don't tell your doctor's office anything you don't want the whole world to know. (That's my policy) I yearn for the days of paper records.
