But that will not be what happens.

How many State governments and our own Federal government is already talking about ‘gasoline checks?’

When the food riots start will they raise the food stamp stipend, again? It went up at the beginning of the year already.

This real issue here is inflation does not NEED TO BE THIS HIGH AND CLIMBING. Much of it is directly due to Biden’s policies.

As far as buying “staple foods,” you must be a guy who doesn’t pay attention at the grocery stores. Staples, like items that come from wheat, rice, or corn are already in short supply. And this is going to get worse as the planting season is upon us. Couple that with the culling of the chickens with bird flu...well?

There will not be “stables” to buy or they will be so expensive that the food stamp crowd cannot afford them either.

Fun Factoid: Only 2% of the population grow food.

Shrink the food supply by as little as 10% and things get very, very ugly.

No, I’m THE GUY that likes to go to the grocery store every other day. Have done that for years. I know the prices of most items off the top of my head. 40lb bag of flour at Costco a week ago was $16.95. Monetary inflation is not the big cause of high food prices and availability. Supply chain issues from covid, war on energy, bad weather here and in China, war in Ukraine, etc. , etc.
