I know the prices of most items off the top of my head. 40lb bag of flour at Costco a week ago was $16.95. Monetary inflation is not the big cause of high food prices and availability. Supply chain issues from covid, war on energy, bad weather here and in China, war in Ukraine, etc. , etc.
