Sarc aside their oil is the worst kind that requires heavy refining to create gas and like a good communist run country they have siphoned all the money to off shore bank accounts instead of maintenance of their refineries. Same with Canadian oil from what I’ve read. May be good for deisel or home heating oil but that’s about it.
