Election fraud is a federal crime in elections in which federal officers are running.
But, fiat usurping of State rules allowed the fraud.
Harm (and thereby standing) belongs to the Legislature.
They never should have let it happen.
They can remedy it by clawing back their prerogative.
Decertify an illegal election.
There was no fraud because the rules were [illegally] changed to allow it.
