They can remedy it by clawing back their prerogative.
Decertify an illegal election.
There was no fraud because the rules were [illegally] changed to allow it.
What rules allowed dead people/non-existent people to vote, multiple votes with same name and/or address, ballots put through multiple times and much more? No rules can allow fraud.
