For me, this statement above should be proof against BO being a "natural born" citizen. Anyone who has to "do" anything in the course of their life regarding citizenship cannot be "natural born."
It's like a "cloud" on the title to use a real estate metaphor. "Natural born" should be a guarantee against any and all "clouds."
That is my viewpoint and I suspect the view point of most here.
Obama (Name of Mohammad’s flying horse!) had a very weird up bringing in Indonesia and was probably an Indonesian citizen. You could also argue that his enrollment at Occidental College, which was used by many foreign students, is further evidence. Two more reasons he should not have even run for the presidency.

A natural born citizen cannot have any external (national) claims upon his/her loyalty.
Even if born on US soil to 2 US citizens (naturalized), if one or both parents hold dual citizenship with a nation that extends citizenship (like Jamaice, mon), That child is not a natural born citizen.
Anyone who claims “dual citizenship” cannot be considered a natural born citizen.
