There used to be river boat and duck boat tours of the city. I’m not sure if they still have them, as the last time I went on one was ~14 years ago.

There is also the Mount Washington Incline.

Drive through the tunnels & bridges - it's a little different. Just don't try it at rush hour.

Walk around the point and the fountain. Is it still on?

At one point I would've said go to the Original Hot Dog Shop in Oakland. However it is apparently a victim of the covid lockdowns.

The Incline is fun, as is driving through the Fort Pitt Tunnel, towards Downtahn, at night. In a suburb is Hartwood Acres Mansion, which I toured years ago. In the City itself is https://www.thefrickpittsburgh.org/ with a few things to choose from.
