Shishito - my favorite pepper. Compact plants and heavy bearers. Still have some chopped up lightly sauteed in olive oil then frozen in small baggies, then in groups in a quart ziploc. Handy to use in a lot of ways, omelettes being the favorite.
Your recommendation, and those of one other friend, are the reason I’m giving the Shishito peppers a try this season.
I make awesome omelettes, so I’m always looking for tasty fillings for those.
