Putin leap-frogs over the death-of-Queen narrative and one-ups the DeepState (egg on their face!)
What will they do with the corpse now?
I suppose, keep it in the freezer a little longer.

Sounds like 2008 all over again.
As long as inflation keeps going up and the Fed (t.m. -DeepState) keeps ratcheting the rates, you will not be able to sell at that price as existing home sales will falter causing a buyer’s market.
Just be careful that some taxing board doesn’t start thinking about taxing “unrealized future income”.

The constitutionality of any legislative act is the sole purview of the Supreme Court (State of Federal).
Until that act is presented before the court in it’s final and approved form, NO ONE can deter it as unconstitutional.
