FWIW in the case of “simple” covid, without the clot shots or any other chemistry being involved, fatigue would be absolutely predictable. The virus is pulmonary and first attacks the alveoli of the lungs. The damaged alveoli can lead to water accumulation (pneumonia). Early on we saw X-rays and other scans of lungs in various stages of deterioration. The damage is scarring and seems to be permanent. Altho damaged the lungs can regain capacity over time as with any other kind of physical lung damage.
Remember when our medical geniuses finally figgered out it was a good idea to lay covids on their stomachs to help clear the water? Don’t hear about that anymore?

I’m getting over covid (not tested not vaxxed) and likely omicron/whatevah. I feel like total s*** and it’s been probably 4 weeks. I know what viral pneumonia is like cause I had it. This did not involve serious breathing difficulty, just slight shortness of breath, seemed more bronchials than lungs. But the fatigue severe in the extreme, and is not improving much if any. Not going to drone on about symptoms but very mild as far as “regular” sickness type symptoms. Also CNS disruption ie brain fog and some dizziness.
I am not young anymore so there’s that.
