If anyone wants to live in a really peaceful place then Maine is the state to live in. I’ve lived here 7 years now and there are just not many violent people up here, even when antifa and blm protest things stay peaceful. Of course it helps when they do protest usually more people show up with their AR-15’s, just to keep an eye on things, than there are protesters. LOL.
In all seriousness though, I have lived in many places throughout the US because I was a contractor in the Navy shipbuilding business, and Maine is by far the most peaceful place I have ever lived. Just sayin.
I met a international Lufthansa pilot on vacation up in the Green mountains of Vermont a few years ago.
I asked him “you have been everywhere why pick Vermont for your vacation?”
His reply was “yes i have been everywhere but i find this the most peaceful place i have ever been too..”
he was right..
A similar thing happened in Manchester, NH at the very beginning of the BLM protests. They did a protest and many citizens showed up open carrying and escorted them through the city. At the end of it, a few tried to start some violence and vandalism and were quickly clamped down on by the local police. That was the end of it and the cops stood around later chatting with the armed, open carrying citizens.
There have not been any other incidents from blm since then.
I suspect the purpose of all those riots across the country was to test the waters in all kinds of areas to see what the reaction would be so they’d know where to focus their activities.
NH is also more peaceful and we could use more good, solid, conservative voting deplorables.
Oh yea i LOVE Maine as well!
Mainevhas turned into a horrorshow. Tit was a nice quiet state 20 years ago now it is a drug filled zone with murders and jackbooted leftists running everything.
“Maine is by far the most peaceful place I have ever lived.”
If it just wasn’t so cold up there and you didn’t have all that white stuff falling out of the sky and making a mess.....and its TOO COLD up there.

Did I mention its too cold up there?
I couldn't sleep last night and stayed on the live streams coming out of Ottawa. One of them, a young woman of about 23, walked around the city at around midnight-2:00AM completely unafraid, totally safe. That city has over 1MIL people but it was totally clean and safe. I was thinking she would have been raped and murdered if that had been one of our sh*thole cities. Unreal.
