Hate to drag a political article into the gardening thread but...
I’m convinced that most of us here are going to be Last Wo/Men Standing when it comes down to it.
Keep practicing and refining you homesteading skills. Get out of and stay out of debt. Stockpile what your family needs, and then some for bartering.
