Ooops! Reminds me that I wanted to start some tomato plants. I figure if we have some of our garden here planted, that will tempt buyers when we list the house, and we can start our garden in PA at the same time as we will be back and forth regularly.
An established garden and attractive but easy-care landscaping is a HUGE selling point for the right buyer.
That, along with my small greenhouse, closed the deal on selling my other farm in about 15 minutes. ;)
