An established garden and attractive but easy-care landscaping is a HUGE selling point for the right buyer.
That, along with my small greenhouse, closed the deal on selling my other farm in about 15 minutes. ;)

Thank you! I know we have our work cut out for us at our new home though, but the yard is pretty much a blank slate. I’m considering some of those Vego metal container gardening things. Because age. I certainly don’t think we’ll go as big as our backyard garden here, mainly because my hubby isn’t as interested as in past. I’m hoping to take up window gardening - the new house is the perfect sort of place for that.
