I think that the obnoxious behavior by the policemen has been deliberately provocative. They are just hoping for a violent reaction from the protestors so Fudeau can order crack-downs.

As an American, are you enraged at the treatment of peaceful Canadians by the pseudo-military?
Do you say to yourself, “That \won’t\ happen here.”?
Do you comfort yourself with the knowledge that our ancestors handed to us the will to be free and that we have “a gun behind every blade of grass.”?
Have you resolved to fight such 3rd-world tactics, even up to giving your life?
It’s the tyrant that wants the freeman to physically resist, to throw the first punch, swing the first baton and, yes, fire the first shot.
There-in lies their plan.
Because, if the freeman instigates in any way, the tyrants will move to their advantage.
All weapons, confiscated.
All movement severely restricted.
All communications monitored and acted on.
