At least it wasn’t a ship full of Ducatis and Moto Guzzis. That would be a true catastrophe.

When I read that title, I immediately got this vission of action music from a movie, and fast paced video of military personnel running out to board their Chinooks and V22 ospreys, scrambling into the sky.
Flying out over the stormy seas to the ship in distress, and disregarding their safety (and the figures of the crew on the deck below) grapple the expensive cars and fly away with them!

Been a bad few years for auto carriers. in 2019 the MS Golden Ray rolled over in St. Simons Sound, GA with about 4000 Kia’s and Hyundai’s on board. They just finished cleaning up the mess a couple of months ago.

Life is good for YouTubers if they can afford brand new Porsches, just to rip the engines out.

There are some cool videos of the cars on the MS Golden Ray being salvaged from the interior of the ship.

Taking bets that the fire was sparked by an LI battery.
