If a Russian artillery shell hit the Kindergarten, it would be through the roof or the eaves, not the wall. No other collateral damage to the building.
Unless the Russians are firing sledgehammers from air cannons, artillery didn’t make that hole. Neither did a man portable shoulder fired rocket either.
