Looks like soccer net. But, I’m not sure.
Either way, if a real artillery shell hit a brick building like this regardless of the distance, it’s coming down through the roof or eaves.
It COULD be a rocket, but notice there’s no orange or black powder indicating either solid rocket fuel or combustion products of the same.
