If I ever serve on a jury and the judge dismisses the case after we sit through the trial and reach a verdict, I can assure you that this would be the last time I ever show up for jury duty.
I sat on a jury once for a full day of hearing the case. When we reconvened on the second morning, the judge came out and tossed the case because of something that the public defender had brought to his attention. He explained it to us. We never went to deliberations though.
Why not.... next time ... sit on the jury and nullify the federal or the state’s case ... no matter what they prove. If an FIB agent is a witness in the case ... even better.
