I downloaded Truth Social on my phone and created an account. They wanted my credit card info, but I declined the $1.95 per month for extra games and other things. I also saw they have a premium membership for $35 or so per month. After I declined the extra charges, the app simply disappeared from the phone. I think I got scammed. Disqus wanted me to do a survey and I blasted them. What has been the experience of other FReeQs?

My experience (and I just re-checked a minute ago) is that you can’t download Truth Social yet. At least not from the Apple store.
Truth Social is not open for business yet. Maybe you went through a beta testing thing?
I’ve heard that many have downloaded the App and are waiting.
I just tried to sign up with my notebook using the link upthread. It took my name and email and said that I am on the “waiting list.”
