That individual who falsified such an entry should have been de credentialed, terminated, and probably arrested. I suspect that it was not a Nurse at all, possibly a ‘Medical Assistant.’ A Nurse would have called for someone such as myself at the least.
I have encountered weak Nurses, but never one who would risk her/his License by falsifying such numbers. It is virtually impossible to believe.
In my area unfortunately it is. I've stopped going.
