Prayers for your continued recovery, too.
Do you have a link to the one you purchased?
Thank you
I can feel it coming in the air.
This is why I switched gears in school from medicine to hard sciences (physics). I got into the kung fu community and had my eyes opened. I'll never forget my first "herbal healing" experience. I'd had my forearms rubbed down to blood and covered in deep contusions. It looked like I'd been in a car accident. My Sifu sent me down to the Chinese herbalist with a recipe. They whipped up the recipe. They called it "Tee-da" (healing hand). I applied to my arms, and the next day they were better. Just a couple of scabs left and all contusions completely healed. My allopathic mind was blown. I wish I still had that recipe, but I've been a hippy ever since.
thanx for sharing.
I hesitated to share for while because of what others were goin thru seemed way worse than what I was experiencing.
The brain fog is starting to abate. I’ve had no trouble driving - remembering routes etc... but in normal conversations my memory of my vocabulary went to hell in a hand basket.
I understand a little about my dad. he had a fractured skull and it affected his memory. He could talk but nouns escaped him. He called everything an “orbskit”. He eventually got out of it, but I couldn’t imagine how scary that must have been to him. Now I know a little bit.
Short term we are probably going to be ok. Long term effects of COVID may be a different issue as “they” are now discovering.
If God wanted us, he would have taken us.
There must be something left for us to do for Him.
Hang in there all.
Castreaux just gave me my “cast-off quote”.
“We’ve heard you.
It’s time to go home now.”
I need to rip it into a video-bite and use it everywhere.
Maybe even our occasional troll, here.
Digital warriors are doing more than you think to red-pill the world.
I am always around. I can go have lunch with my daughter who lives reasonably close. If I want to see my son that is not as easy as he lives a few hundred miles away. Still, I can go just about anytime that I want to. Both kids have young children and for me it is an absolute delight to visit with any and all of them.
Even my grand children have cousins, and I enjoy spending time with them as well. They all provide me with great joy. Some of the things that they enunciate are capable of causing me great bliss. I always look forward to seeing each of them.
Having to leave my work last year was very much an unhappy experience. I loved my job very much. I saw so much good stuff. I have contributed to the saving of lives. Years ago, I never imagined that I could be so satisfied in a work environment. I had a job for years that I loved. When my boy was almost killed in Iraq back in 2003, my life just about fell apart. I became hostile and bitter at my job. People no longer knew me. I did not know me. I quickly burned out. I no longer had any interest in any part of that position which I once so strongly coveted.
I simply had to move on. I went back to school. I trained to become a bonafide Health Care worker, and boy am I glad that I did that. Once I got really into it, I sometimes saw myself reading the medical charts of actual people. I had not imagined ever before that I would be able to do such a thing. I, a kid from the Hood was reading actual Charts. I knew more about people than I ever thought I might need to.
One thing that I very quickly realized was that you cannot know a person by reading some 3rd Party's comments on their situation or circumstances. You simply must engage the person yourself. I learned to this in short order. I soon realized that I was a ‘Natural’ for that sort of thing. I loved explaining things to people. I surmised that a lot of people would simply nod and assent to treatments which they did not fully understand. They simply trusted the Professionals to take care of them.
I am not made of that sort of stuff. I want to know what is going on in my body. I want to know my prognosis. I want to know what this medication does. I want a Physician who takes me seriously and who can explain to me just what is happening. Perhaps I am exceptional on this regard, but I am who I am. I want things explained to me and I will explain things to others as necessary.
This is my true strength. Clinically, I was never the best at anything, but I never walked out of a Patient's room leaving them mystified. I enjoyed explaining things. It is simply my way. I like explaining things out here as well. Sometimes I use unfamiliar terms. I know that, but I do try to reduce it all down, you know primary source stuff.
Example, an FIO2 is the fraction of inspired Oxygen. That is, where you likely sit now you are breathing what we refer to as ‘Room Air.’ Room Air is essentially 20.95% Oxygen. For easy math purposes we just go by ‘20%.’ Supplemental Oxygen can be up to 100%. Ordinarily a nasal cannula can increase that percentage to close to 50 or 60 per cent. Each Liter of Oxygen is estimated to be about 4%, but it is not a precise count, just ballpark close. More precise measures require special equipment. A ventilated Patient can be provided 100% Oxygen, or any level between 21 to 100. It cannot go below 21%., or 20.95%.
I love explaining stuff. I can help people understand just exactly what an Arterial Blood Gas (ABG) is and how the numbers are read, assessed, and used to save lives. The Doctors never explain this stuff to people. Let me get it.
So then the first thing looked at in a blood test is the Ph. A normal Ph is 7.40. Acceptable ranges are from 7.35 to 7.45. Anything outside of that range means ‘Danger Will Robinson.’ I am not kidding, the Ph absolutely has to be between 7.35-7.45, or else you are dying.
The percentage of Hydrogen ions is about the compatibility of life. If the Ph is below 7.35, then the entity is ‘Acidotic.’ If the the Ph is above 7.45 then the entity is ‘Alkalotic.’ Such numbers are incompatible with life.
The 2nd number looked at is the PCO2 or the pressure of Carbon Dioxide. Other numbers are important, but the only ones I was ever trained to focus on was the Ph and the PACO2. If you see PaCO2, the distinction is that there is an Arterial pressure of CO2 and an Alveolar CO2. Alveolar are the most intricate parts of your lungs.
Human lungs are not all that big at first blush. What it is really about is the ‘surface area.’ If one were to take an average size pair of lungs and spread them out, the most common metaphor is that the amount of space that would cover is about the size of a Tennis Court. Surface area is everything. The entire Human Body is quite like that.
Surface area.
When you inhale clean air, you are filling those microscopic sized alveolar with new fresh air. At the alveolar level, so tiny that you cannot even think that small. This is where something known as ‘Gas Exchange’ takes place. Essentially, Oxygen replaces Carbon Dioxide. The pressures equalize, and the CO2 is released as the O2 is captured and absorbed by the Hemoglobin. Then the Hemoglobin ‘taxis’ the Oxygen through the body after first passing through the Pulmonary System.
I understand that it is complicated sounding, but it is really all quite simple. True respiration occurs at the alveolar level.
I love talking about this stuff.
Always ask about your Ph level and your Carbon Dioxide. Do not permit these ‘professionals’ to keep from you the truth regarding your condition. We all die but we should not die ignorant of our own situation. That is not for me.
Those kids ERUPTED into expressions of joy.
The masks are useless.
Maybe if you are sneezing or coughing a bunch they might be of some use, but they ain’t stopping no virus.
This is the nebulizer I bought (recommended by Peteypupperdoo):

And the link for using it with saline and food-grade H2O2:

Thank you very much, 17strings.
the masks aren’t useless...
they identify the willfully ignorant...
My 30 year old daughter is having recurring symptoms from her covid which she had at Christmas. She’ll have a few good days but then the fatigue comes back along with the fever, sore throat and sour stomach.
This was my (age 61) and my husband’s (age 70) second bout and while I was up and fine after two days, he was off work for three weeks. My son had it a couple weeks after us and he was fine after a day.
It is a weird virus in that it affects everyone so differently and so very unpredictably.
Re Digital Warriors:
I hope you’re right.
It’s been noise for too long. Russia can easily control the Ukraine government with puppets. Infiltration, not invasion. I can’t see how invasion is in the Russian interest.
Well, doctors and dentists are going to wear them. We aren’t being required though.
