Getting reports that after hundreds protested against school mask mandates yesterday, today, @OakdaleJUSD barricaded any student not properly wearing a mask in the gym and refused to turn on the heat. Police were called for a wellness check and police turned on the heat.

The popo got no powers on this other than Abuse/being held unlawfully type stuff.
The Fire Marshal however can and will rip open some a$$hole for doing this.
Ultimately the suits against these schools will be mind-boggling.
Just today there is a story out of OH about a man with no kids in school who found a serious weakness in the fact that the school boards have to be backed by “surety bonds,” and that such bonds are revoked by having too many claims against them.
Claims can be made for “willfully and flagrantly” exercising power not authorized. He printed up dozens of the forms and handed them out to every parent.
The school board ended the maskie mandate. (See my Today’s News that will appear on www.uncoverdc.com tomorrow)

Actually there is but we do not seem to be paying attention to laws any more.
