Finally! I am glad to see nyc folks fighting back, on this.
Especially blacks, who are the ones definitely hurt by the illegals taking jobs.

No that is not the reason.
President Biden, then our Democrat Governor Inslee, mandated the wearing of masks. The school boards have to follow the mandate or the funds will be taken away. If there is an uprising by the kids they will just go back to online learning which they did for most of the first year and didn’t learn a thing.
It is going to take almost EVERYONE in the US to say they have had enough and do like they are doing in Canada. But it looks like that just isn’t going to happen.
If I recall it wasn’t many months ago someone in the US was calling for Simi Trucks across America to protest and supposedly 1000’s signed up but only a handful showed up.

What kind of advances are you speaking of?
I know free republic made it so you don’t have to use the paragraph HTML as long as you don’t post pictures or anything that has HTML in it then you have to use the paragraph HTML.
Also if you want words in color or underlined etc; then you have to use HTML.
So again what advances are you speaking of?
Trying to decide which soup, or stew, to make tomorrow.
I may just make a big pot of chicken gumbo.

Proby stalks me to surprise attack me, I grab my weapon, a spray bottle, and go on the offensive. We both hide behind behind things strategically to surprise attack. When I spot him I’ll walk by like I don’t know, then quickly turn around with my spray bottle pointed and he retreats so fast he’ll knock over anything in his way. Fun times!
I wasn’t referring to FR site. I was referring to technology advances in user interface, no need to know all DOS commands and HTML for most computer users.
I just brown ground beef and onion with cumin, chile powder, salt and black pepper, and oregano. Add a can of diced tomatoes and a can of red beans. Can add water.
Nothing fancy, fast and easy.
Gumbo sounds good.
