As far as the one month long mandate in DC for vaccine proof for indoor dining, that put some restaurants out of business, I don’t think vaccines causing damage would be relevant.
Anyone know what became of In and Out defying the mandate in California? A good way to pi$$ people off is to shut that down.

I'm not sure, but if the insurance companies are on the hook, I'm sure they would want to recoup their losses from somebody. I would think the rates would increase too. Maybe more for vaxxed people, as opposed to true bloods.

Federal Emergency Act so far rejected by New Brunswick, Quebec, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
As far as I know, only some locations moved to outdoor & drive through, but most just kept up with the in door dining. I know the one we go to here in HB had dine-in all the time. No problem.
