Ty! Funny story about that ceiling. I’m on a step stool with a cordless brad nailer looking up at the ceiling installing these for long periods of time. I’m 57. Ouch. So now I have to take my time and do it in stages. Oh to be 37 again.

Those days ABC was privately owned by Leonard Goldenson. It grew out of the old NBC Blue (or Red?) network. When I first arrived from National Educational Television in 1966, many of the labels in Network Master Control still read 'NBC'. Soon after I left in 1980 ABC was bought by Capitol Cities. There was also a new offshoot company known as Eastern Sports Productions Network or ESPN. Sometime later ABC & ESPN were bought by Disney - and thus began the financial boom and the ethical and moral decline of the network.
I notice that ABC's Family Channel, which it purchased from Pat Robertson and the 700 Club, still is contracted to run the 700 Club hour program daily. However, they begin and end the program - on a children's network - with a disclaimer stating that the views and values of the 700 Club do not reflect the network's views and values. A brief viewing session will assuredly convince you that that is absolutely true. The program content is so embarrassing that I would never let my children watch it. . . . Disney, the family channel! --- NOT my family!

I am. I finally bit the bullet and started taking the Zithromax. Made a huge difference in my breathing. I was getting kind of worried.
I did try the saline/dilute hydrogen peroxide/iodine in my nebulizer, but it wasn’t opening me up.
Ordered another bottle of zithro for my “birds” just in case lol.
Walking up and down the stairs is still a chore, but better.
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel!

A woman I know only recovered her taste and smell once she began a high-dose zinc regimen. This site says 150 mg is safe for a short period of time.
