-—shredded memory from anesthesia-—I’ve noticed over the years with numerous family/friends etc that memory is clearly affected as long as three months out from the typical knockout stuff. I finally got a couple of Quacks to admit that there would typically be some degradation after being knocked out.
I already knew from decades of industrial type applications that supplemental oxygen would help with recovery. But I finally got, by intimidation and implied threats, a Quack to admit that supplemental Oxy would help with anesthetic recovery.
Even a couple years out supplemental oxy will help restore whatever damage the punkin might have taken. It’s been at least 20 years since I stayed in a Holiday Inn so take it for what it’s worth. If you have, or can get, any form of pure Oxygen take some regularly. What I usually suggest is the typical 2CC/min flow two times a day for a half hour more or less. Use a mask as opposed to a canelure. The big green industrial bottles are the same as the shiny medical ones or even concentrators-—it’s the same stuff.
Age doesn’t matter but in a person’s out years a little supplemental Oxy does nothing but help, especially for folks who are less physically active anyway.
Another thing I notice, altho it doesn’t seem to be in the books yet, is folks who spend a lot of time at a desk, in a corner, surrounded by electronic stuff, are probably getting a dose of ozone. That’s corrosive. Supplemental Oxy can counteract that effect. Curiously, for my own part, I’m not a desk rider but when I do spend a little time on a keyboard after a bit I sneeze. That’s most likely ozone since I hardly ever otherwise sneeze. I said “curious”. Hope this helps.
Can’t do spicy peppers due to having rosacea. Will look into niacin.
Tech savvy I am not but I can listen on my desktop from The National Pulse website and didn’t have to download anything. But maybe I did and didn’t know it. Anyway, a suggestion.
LJ, I do have some invermectin on hand but didn't want to take it in case a loved one comes down with covid and needs it.

Wasn’t that Gin soaked raisins?
A dear friend is home after 5 months in hospitals. She is really having to fight to get back mobility but has made wonderful progress. Nothing tastes good to her if it isn’t highly seasoned or spicy so institutional food was disgusting to her. Someone recommended a certain type of vitamin to help recover taste. If you find an answer to help her get over fatigue please let me know and I will forward it to her. Being sedated for weeks and bedridden for weeks I am sure doesn’t help fatigue problems and then the after affects from covid.
Hmmm. Dem Governor. Six years remaining in Lujan’s term.
Oh well.
Am sorry to hear that your friend has been going through so much. A nurse at my doctors office that lost her father to covid said "it's of the devil" and she's right.

Yes, gin soaked raisins was one thing he did. LOL
People sometimes arouse for periods of time while sedated, but it is unusual for them to remember anything said to them or their own actions for longer than 30 minutes or so.
I have a suggestion on recovery from covid. How about Dr.Vladimir Zelenko’s vitamin regimen. His pre-made ZStack is expensive (although I bought 2 bottles in appreciation of his life-saving protocol), but you can assemble the ingredients for much less.
www.vladimirzelenkomd.com has the protocol for illness, which I just used recently.
www.ZStackLife.com has a picture of the pre-made supplement showing ingredients and milligrams, so you can find them at a store.
I remember reading customer testimonials about recovering from long-haul covid with his supplement pills.
You might want to reduce the milligrams, use your own judgement.
I also made citrus peel liquid using a YouTube video from “Mama Natural and Beyond” title “Home Recipe For Hydroxycloroquine”. While I cannot say if it is really HCQ, it is a well-known home remedy and immune booster.
Do not lift lid while simmering, lift lid only after it cools. Refrigerate for up to a week. I left enough for a few days in the fridge, and froze the rest in ice cube tray so I can take out one or 2 at a time. I got 2 ice cube trays full and 3-4 days liquid for the fridge.
Excellent video!
See my discussion in 1161 above. Supplemental oyygen will absolutely help with fatigue especially where activity level is already low. I am continuously amazed that Quacks are reluctant to order oxygen. The only explanation is there’s no money in it for them. For Medicare types they have to be specific to get help w/coverage.
At one point early in my illness I took Hydroxy and got worse. After taking Invermectin I started getting better. Can’t explain it, that’s just my experience with the drugs.
It is “of the devil”. I lost my younger cousin (52) in December. We are all still stunned he is gone. I wish I’d known he was sick before he went to a “hospital”.
When my husband and I battled covid a month after my cousin died, I had lots of ivermectin gathered and lots of info on home treatment.
People must be prepared ahead of illness with all the treatment tools.
Back in 2020 when I started buying ivermectin at farm stores, they had lots of it, like when I used to buy it for my horses. Now you are lucky to find it at online stores.
We used 5-6 tubes during 2 weeks.
