You need to read the article which will answer some of your questions. Looks like a private donation made to some tribes in the local area.
The leg burning and the hearing loss go together and are one of about six possible reactions from the clot shots that I keep running across. Mental fog is related and is another. They have to be a result of the micro clotting that the shots produce. There’s no apparent fix except to not take any more shots. Ivermectin might give some relief and if it’s not too late monoclonal antibodies might help.
Trudeau is too heavily compromised to back down. He’s more afraid of his puppet masters than Canadians. We’ll just vote him out of office and replace him with the next uniparty member. His puppet masters will kill him or his family if he disobeys them. The latest scuttlebutt is they have him on tape with an underage girl and he settled with the girl’s family for $2.25 million. I have no proof, just rumblings here and there and mostly quiet whispers.

Could this be a possible ruse as the DERPS KNOW (as we do) that there is going to be 10 days of darkness when everything shuts down to convert to Quantum Space Force? They can’t tell us it is the White Hats who are doing this or why so maybe they are going to blame Russia for cover. IMHO
