In past Constitutional history, what has been the result of “past harm done” when an executive action has been found to be unConstitutional (and thereby nullified).
Looking for precedent legal actions to relieve previous harm from illegal actions.
Class action tort?
How large is the universe of harmed voters, in this case?
Also, can this introduce the charge of “fiduciary malfeasance” regarding the legislators’ oath?

Note, also, that the standards enacted for mail-in voting were not LAW but illegal usurpations of the Legislature’s Constitutional duty.
