A teen girl was gunned down and killed during a robbery while working her shift at a Harlem Burger King - with the killer making off with only $100.
Kristal Bayron-Nieves, 19, was working as a cashier at the Burger King at 116th Street and Lexington Avenue in East Harlem around early Sunday morning when an armed robber entered the restaurant at around 1am.
The gunman pistol-whipped a male customer before punching a female manager in the face.
Bayron-Nieves, who just started the job three weeks ago, gave the robber $100 cash from the drawer, an eyewitness said, according to her mother.
The criminal turned to leave, but turned around again and shot Bayron-Nieves in the torso, according to the New York Post.
The teen was transported to nearby Metropolitan Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
'She didn't deserve to be mowed down while working at a Burger King,' a police source said.
*** Her mother went on to say she felt particularly torn over her daughter's death after convincing her to continue going to work despite the teen's concerns.
'Kristal said Friday, 'I don't want to go. I'm scared,'' Nieves said.
'I say, 'You have to go and be responsible.' At 10 pm I wake her up to go and tell her, 'You have to go. You have to be responsible. You have to get a better life.'' *** The robber, who has yet to be identified or apprehended, was described as a slim male who was wearing dark clothes and a black mask, according to police.
Authorities have since released surveillance video footage of the man wanted in the teen's death. ***

I think most police today just want to stay out of prison.
Although we’re not supposed to point this out, I will. The vast majority of such violent crimes are committed by black men. Sometimes black women either do the crime or participate. Too bad Lincoln didn’t live long enough to send the former slaves to Liberia or elsewhere in Africa like he wanted to do.
Excuse my sarcasm, but once again I see a gun that just jumped up on its own and killed someone. No human attached to the gun. (I wonder if I have to explain “no human.”)

She was Puerto Rican.
The mother and daughter are Puerto Ricans. They are American citizens who left one Democrat hell hole for another in NYC.
There is no excuse that security camera video is so grainy. Not in this day & age.
You could be right, or wrong. Subsequent to the robbery, the suspect turned to walk out, then intentionally turned back towards the victim and shot her to death. Other witnesses were present and even noticed the amount of money the victim gave the suspect.
Begs the question, why turn back around and shoot the complying victim on his way out, all while leaving other witnesses alone? I would guess it was a random robbery but the black suspect could have shot her to death because she was likly one of the few light skinned people at the venue. That would be my guess.
