Yesterday, Democrats in D.C. and the mainstream media, gave themselves over completely to a look back at January 2021 and the extraordinary horrors of a riot that lasted a few hours, involved people with no weapons, had no looting, fires, community destruction, or police deaths, and saw only one death (at police hands). The whole event was like the Academy Awards. Not the long-distant Academy Awards of beautiful people celebrating movies America loved, of course. Instead, it was the modern Academy Awards, with hate-filled people ranting against Americans, making boring, stupid speeches, and getting interrupted by badly staged musical numbers.
When the Academy Awards began in 1927, it was a private dinner party for a small Hollywood crowd. Eventually, of course, because our entertainment infrastructure is now and always has been ultimately about self-promotion to sell its products, the brains in Hollywood figured out that Americans would like to watch stars dress up and get awards for the movies that Americans had enjoyed the previous year. The system functioned very well for a long time, with families gathering to watch glamor, hear the emcee’s jokes, and lively musical acts.
Slowly, though, as Hollywood went woke, the Awards became boring as the Academy celebrated preachy, anti-American movies that no Americans wanted to see. And then Trump became president and the Academy Awards developed into a Trump hate-fest. The clothes got uglier, the people weirder and angrier, and the whole thing was a parody of Hollywood’s once exuberant celebration of self.

It seems like coreohraphed activity to demonize conservatives. Genocides have been preceeded by demonization just like this.
They all look like communist trials under Stalin or Mao.

Sicknick died of an unrelated stroke, Liebengood and Smith committed suicide, and a Farrakhan-loving Black Nationalist killed Billy Evans in April. Democrats also mentioned two other police officers—Gunther Hashida and Kyle DeFreytag, who both committed suicide in July. The suicides are tragic but there’s no reason to believe that the mêlée on January 6 alone triggered them, after a year of lockdowns, violent D.C. riots and, for Hashida and DeFreytag, more lockdowns in 2021.

The Oscars really seemed to go off the rails in the nineties. We used to live blog them here on FR along with major news, court cases. it’s been so long since I cared I don’t know if that still happens. I forgot it was the (pearl clutching) sixth, too busy working
It's a fitting way to recognize January 6, 2021, because it too was choreographed activity to demonize conservatives.
It was all 'Political Theater', with the "Mistress of Ceremonies" directing the vocals and indignitaries attention
much the same as she failed to do her job, since security of the Capital was hers in 2021.
There was a rejection of a call for the National Guard, and supplemental policing authorities by her and the D.C. mayor prior to the 'Insurrection".
Instead, the Security was designed to fail whether by omission, or intent.
It’s hard to believe that no on is questioning those “suicides.”

All of them acted like complete scumbags. For the moment, they think this is a winning issue? It is not. Even fence sitters were disgusted by their behavior yesterday.
I find those suicides very strange, maybe Darren Beatty of Revolver News should investigate this!! Something is rotten in Denmark as the saying goes!!

Many things in popular culture seemed to go off the rails in the nineties and have accelerated into greater mediocrity and tiresomeness ever since.
The phrase “bad Academy Awards show” is now redundant. There aren’t any good ones.
That’s because they don’t have anything else except covid. They are desperate and running out of chess moves. The game is soon coming to an end.

It IS weird though, that 4 (FOUR) DC police involved with Jan 6th committed suicide in the span of a year. Do we know if they were not Foster’d/Epstein’d?
