I have heard absolutely no arguments regarding 4th and 5th amendment rights.
Search and seizure, self-incrimination and due process.
Nor 1st amendment (freedom of association) rights.
These are still arguable in the proper atmosphere.
SMH.
Then this is when the law of unintended consequences meets the PTB's "we have run all the scenarios and have this in the bag." Many of us will not survive it, but somebody is going to... and they will witness the great day when this cabal of evil ends in a flash.

While I enthusiastically applaud Pres. Trump’s statement, I’m also wondering what’s going to be done in actual, real-time ACTION regarding 2020.
I freely admit that my concerns may very well be totally unfounded — and I’ll be happy as a pig in a mud waller to have it confirmed. But parts of the statement almost look, to ME, like he’s shifted his focus to 2024.
I’ll go back and re-read it a couple more times. There’s got to be something I’m overlooking.

Listening to 2nd round SCOTUS re hospitals + nursing homes ... It sounded like CNN. Leftist justices stating outright false propaganda. Best hope from both of these hearings seems to be that private sector OSHA gets restrained but all these others are approved in split decision. No surprise Breyer, Kagan, Sotomayor cheerleading. Thomas + Alito are strong. I didn’t hear portion but folks are excited about some exchange by Gorsuch. Some saw hopeful exchange with ACB but this would be her first good decision I’d know about, she and Justice K seem compromised by Roberts who’s compromised by his gay appearing background, fishy adoptions and FISA corruption. Justice K seems most interested that the impacted parties aren’t objecting so it’s great. Roberts questioning reminds me of the arguments he ultimately agreed to in Obamacare decision though he actually wrote the opinion throwing out Obamacare before he was apparently blackmailed and then unbelievably changed his vote.
Conclusion: Everything is crazy+evil+corrupt

Senator Cruz is the quintessential political climber, seen by all at the moment his luggage landed in
a federal office, where overnight he whipped out his all too ready campaign for the upgrade to White House lodging, much sooner than later.
What he did to Trump delegates at the state level was the plan of action for the national convention.
Smash mouth delegate stealing, trading and stacking against Trump delegates.
It’s not illegal to play hard ball, but evidence that your county Chairman and county executive committees can be machinery if you’re not inside it, to the point in my experience you had to hide your Trump support to even hope to get elected as a delegate to your state convention.
I remember my first thinking that Trump was a miracle to have emerged as the Republican nominee from that National Convention, knowing so many Trump delegates were actually Cruz agents.
On the first ballot delegates had to vote their pledge to candidate Trump and to candidate Cruz. But in tight outcomes, second ballots and can be taken, wherein delegates can drop their pledge to Trump and throw their vote to the other candidate. It was a nail biting feeling watching that convention. A miracle outcome, I thought. God’s four year reprieve for the USA.

I wonder if the employers have contemplated how they will continue to operate on skeleton or even reduced staff when the employees realize that they didn’t “sell their soul to the company store”.
The dearth in staffing isn’t just in entry-level and general labor.
Many semi-skilled and skilled workers are not going to work because of static pay-scales and the lack of signing bonuses.
And, can you imagine the unions outrage when the company realizes they can extort workers into following company policy in their home life?
Do you really think Americans will stand for the company enacting discipline if you don’t wear hearing protection while mowing your lawn?
I foresee a comeuppance for the Chamber of Commerce.
