My work just sent out a memo that if you're not vaccinated you MUST wear a mask at all times. Period----at my desk, in the yard, the shop all day long. I asked if I could come in on off days, work from home, etc and he called back and said "no". I told him I will take off tomorrow and Friday (our days in the office) to think about it. I told him about my allergies...he didn't care. They know I had covid and I sent numerous studies---they didn't care. He actually laughed when I asked what the end game is and when he gets covid and is where I am today. Also, I have mentioned of being harrassed in the office because I'm not vaxxed....He said "that's not right and shouldn't happen" but he seem to not care much.
The irony, out of the 8 salespeople in the office, 6 are out with Covid and all of them have been vaccinated. I am 1 of 2 that's not vaxxed but had Covid and willing to come in "unmasked"---he didn't care for that comment either.
They won't give me a timeframe and I'm really fed up with this "woke" crap. It's been happening here since the vaccines rolled out.
Here's a bit of information---I have been there 35 years, always #1 or #2 in sales. The place is kind of a sucky place to work, but the money is pretty darn good---when you sell. Would you die on this hill? I'm about to.....

We’ve had to wear masks since the start of the pandemic. If the unvaxxed get to take their mask off and I still have to wear mine, I’m planning to add a gold Star to my work shirts that say “unvaxxed”.
I’m similar to your situation- worked for the same company for 35 years. If you’re not vaxxed, and i’m not, the company says you must wear a mask at all times. I have the further handicap in that i’m in NY.
Few pay attention to the rules here. I’m supposed to wear a mask at my desk- I don’t. I’m suppose to wear a mask when i am in “common areas”- i carry it.
I keep a big huge Gatorade bottle on my desk and its always slightly filled with water- this way if someone comes to speak with me i take a sip of water- my excuse for not wearing a mask.
Err the vaxxed.
OSHA rules already require this. Testing starts Feb 9th.
What if he is already magnetic, then go for it?
This is why unions where created in the turn of the century. To stop corporations BS.
Wear the mask, look for a better job. Hope this all ends within a few months.
“The only time surrender is permanent is when you take your last breath. “
That’s how it is working out for way too many who take the Jab.
Even if their last breath isn’t immediate.
But you go right ahead and ignore the reports of unexplained increases in deaths
from “all causes”.

My wife and I have talked about this at length, even before the jab and OSHA/Fed contractor mandates. She has a background in epidemiology research, but has been out of the field for a while to raise our daughters.
We both agreed that all of the mandates have less to do with health care and more to do with compliance. YMMV
If more people had not complied with the mask mandates, it would have been a lot more difficult for companies/governments to implement jab mandates.
My company allowed me to work from home when the mask mandates came out, and have given me a religious exemption for the jab. Had they not, I would have quit or been fired.
I wish the best for you and your decision.
A sucky place to work, but the money’s good, so you’ve stayed 35 years. Why spend more of your life at a place you hate? If you’re their top sales guy you can be someone else’s top sales guy. Life is short. Don’t stay at a sucky job. Don’t indulge the woke.
I don’t even know what that means.
I DO know that getting the shot after already having COVID can be dangerous; much of Europe treats prior infection as “vaccinated”, and they should - those people have a natural “vaccine” that others who took experimental shots don’t have.
Or go out on your own and start your own business. Any skills a person has, he / she can market. And any skills not currently possessed can be learned, then marketed. People need stuff. And they need services performed. The self-employed can tap into the average American’s love of convenience and “having someone do it for them”, vs. doing it themselves.
It’s no bed of roses. Nothing is. BUT . . . that person would then be able to reclaim his / her independence and self-confidence.
It is appropriate that the design was made with sheep.
Start sending out resumes.
My employer decided to mandate this week because the owner doesn’t want to miss the chance to use this as political cover if the SC rules against it. So they want to fire all of us unvaxed as quickly as possible. I submitted my sincerely held religious exemption request today but even though I’ve only gone into the office twice since July (and those were not really necessary) they are going to refuse to accommodate by arguing that there is no way to reasonably accommodate my position. It’s all about playing games with how jobs are internally coded to get out of an exemption by saying there is no reasonable way to accommodate my sincerely held religious beliefs. I’m dying on that hill. Other people in my same position work remotely from home and one is in rural Illinois and never goes into an office. Funny that they want to piss off a lawyer.
tell him you’ll match your antibody count against his, whoever is lower, pays for the test...
Love it.
You’re lucky mikelets456. I have to wear a mask anyway, but I wish I could do that and not get the injection and they don’t give that option.
I don’t have to wear it in my office, though. I guess that is a pain.
How appropriate.
