Took a long walk a little while ago. Feel pretty good.

Should be resolving things since I stopped taking supplements last night.

I can’t believe the level of detail you have to learn to stay out of a hospital.

I know. It’s hard being the doc! But I think lives are saved at home rather than being in a hospital bed and not moving around to keep the bodily fluids moving. Just my theory, but I am convinced that staying home and having to do stuff like feed cats, etc, saved us. Too many sick people in hospitals. LOL!
