Yay! Finally can get out for a bit. I know the horse will be happy to see you...especially since I KNOW you didn’t forget the treats this time. LOL!
Fingers crossed that you are about well and your hubby, too!
Deep freeze up here
Brrrr! Sounds like it might get even worse soon. Stay warm!
I remembered to take the horse some carrots. 😅🐴
We are doing pretty well. I am 14 days out from first feeling sick.
I hope the chance of a cytokine storm is over, I think that is the final stage (in serious cases) and the most dangerous. Been asking the husband how he is doing, he says he is OK. I will stop worrying in a week or so.
Brrrrr! That kind of temperature isn’t in my vocabulary! Stay warm!
Thank you. We’re trying to stay warm and I (an immigrant) thank God all the time for the blessings of liberty and all the things it fosters - leisure time, energy security, food abundance, ..... Many days, I feel like I’ve won the lottery. Easter Sunday and for about 4 weeks after, I feel like an heiress.
There is 1 upside to these ridiculous temperatures and that is that food freezes very quickly, so quickly, than I can free liquid-y things in freezer bags or even sandwich bags. In an hour, I have frozen, (almost) flat ‘sheets’ of food that I can stack in the freezer without bothering to find appropriate containers, which would otherwise be a quandry. Gotta look on the upside, right?
Thanks for your wishes.

Oh boy, blizzards are no fun. 🤨
Thank you.
Always look on the bright side! Smart to use nature to YOUR advantage, too! :)
I know you’re ready, just as I know you aren’t looking forward to it. You and Penney stay warm, safe and dry!
Thanks. Battening down the hatches. :-(
It sounds like you are slowly getting your energy back. I don’t think you had the same strain that we did, and for that I’m thankful. It was just horrible for at least 3 weeks.
I still am concerned, probably can’t relax about it for a week or 2. Been reading about the phase after the flu symptoms. The very dangerous phase. Might have to start taking anti-inflammatory drugs? Ibuprofen? Will need to check out the FLCCC protocol.
I’ve heard that taking Tylenol is recommended, but not sure why. It’s never done much to me, but anti-inflammatories might be helpful, for sure. Just make sure your lungs remain clear. Were y’all able to get antibodies there? If so, that would be the best next step.
No there are no antibody treatments.
I just read the FLCCC website and ivermectin is recommended as an anti-inflammatory. So going by a chart they had on disease phases, I am going to do 5 more days of ivermectin.
Thank God I have a few tubes. Six more on the way too. I have 2 1/2 tubes now.
Taking a dose now.
So you had 3 weeks of flu progressing to breathing issues?
Good thing I gave us both ivermectin plus the other stuff before we even felt bad. Probably reduced the later stage danger. Did ivermectin for 8 days in a row, then did ZStack with quercetin 3 days, then ivermectin last weekend. Continuous ivermectin or quercetin with zinc all the time. Looks like I need to keep going with the ivermectin for anti-inflammatory.
Way back when you were ill, people didn’t know about ivermectin and zinc, right?
Here is what is said about that treatment
Oh, and it's aspirin we were encouraged to take, not tylenol or ibuprofen. See the article for all the info. Dr. Bartlett has practiced here where I live.
No, we started with weakness and headaches, then developed a cough that we thought was just allergies. I finally got to the point where I couldn’t even talk without coughing my lungs up, and since we weren’t getting better, we went to the ER where we were diagnosed. I already had pneumonia without even knowing it, for which I was given an oxygen machine to take home and use for a week 24 hours of the day. I just sent you an article about the other lung treatments we were given.
It was really hard on people’s lungs in that first “variant” for lack of a better word. It just took weeks to gather our strength enough to feel human again. We never lost our sense of smell or taste, but I could only tolerate mild cheddar cheese, tomato soup and V8 juice. I did drink tons of water.
I am most afraid of the pneumonia that people are not aware of when they have it.
I quizzed my husband about an hour ago about his lung function. He seems to be fine.
I told him I am doing a 5 day course of ivermectin starting tonight to prevent inflammation.
I know without our taking ivermectin from the beginning days of this, we’d have been in big trouble.
I will check out that link you sent. Thanks!
Too bad I am in Wisconsin instead of Texas where that doctor is. I am too afraid to go to a doctor here. That is the very last option I would use.
One good sign is I did not need a nap today or yesterday. I did fine at the horse farm too. Also had no trouble shoveling snow two days in a row this week. So maybe I am OK. Still taking a 5 day course of ivermectin though. Maybe add an aspirin too.
Thanks for the advice!
