Great! We need more sane judges ruling on these mandates.
But it wasn't. I think to believe this requires a rewriting of recent history.
Have we forgotten the death rate in elder care facilities? Among our most vulnerable with comorbidities? That this virus almost killed our President?
The emergency use of these emergency approved vaccines did save lives.
Do you think President Trump in his second term would not have focused on the manufacture and distribution of medictions, including those that saved his life? Would Ivermectin not hve been approved for off-label use, even by EO --- making the vaccine less and less critical?
Do you honestly believe the vaccines would have been mandated under Trump for anyone, nevermind for every man, woman and child in America?
The vaccines were an important and necessary step in stopping the carnage. Only the Biden administration thinks they remain the only step.
Let's not throw the baby out with the bathwater. Based on all we knew in late 2020-early 2021 the vaccine was a Godsend for our most vulnerable.
Based on everything we know about Donald Trump the shi*t show that has been forced on the American people since Jan 20, 2021 would not have happened had his hand been on the Bible.

I tend to agree with you. If the vaxxes were only, or mainly, administered to the most vulnerable, they would have been effective. Along with therapeutics, as the main treatment.
It has been since the mandates & the pushing of a 100% vaxxed population that they became ineffective & dangerous.
