That code was written in 2003 and there have been MANY pandemics since then and to my knowledge no one was locked away in camps because of them.
Like I said if they haul me away to a camp I will let you know and if you get hauled away let us know. In the meantime there is NO reason to be posting stuff that hasn’t transpired except to scare unknowing people.

I live in east Texas closer to Shreveport/Bossier City Louisiana which is only an hour away or Dallas two hours away!
Anyways I had the biggest time in 2019 when I saw President Trump in Bossier City,Louisiana with my Daughter and my oldest grandson! So fun! Best Time Ever!
