From what I have read, Tucker moved from a neighborhood where his entire family had been very happy because of all the disruptions by the left. Wherever he moved eventually proved not to be safe enough so he moved to a different state. Having the left do this to your children twice is enough to make anyone realize how evil and unstoppable the left is, especially in a blue state.
Equally troubling is Cruz’s parroting of the Dem’s talking point of referring to our constitutional republic as “our democracy.”
Thanks, I’m listening to this. I wish we could wipe out all laws, start over with the constitution.
AND DON’T ALLOW CONGRESS TO DELEGATE AUTHORITY TO THE MASSIVE BUREAUCRACIES. This whole case is about OSHA, a bureaucracy run by political employees.

Justice Gorsuch is bringing the oral back to which are the “appropriate parties” for such regulations and whether Congress gave the agency this authority under the “major questions” doctrine.
