I missed that. What kind of explanation did Ted have?
What did he say?
Thanks.
if I wasn’t smoking at the time of my original application, but started a year or two later, then what?
I think this is all speculation on Jones part. Just getting clicks.
Good evening little evil grin twin and gang.
Looks like we’re in for some winter fun!
*evil grin*
Got any snow yet, exit?
lol, you are a smart cookie.
I’m so happy for you!
Hey there, safe travels, and don’t work too much!
If you can find the full clip, it would be better than my synopsis.
Basically, Cruz tried to say he spoke sloppily. At this point Tucker said whoa, whoa, I don’t believe this. You know words & you specifically said “terrorists”, why?
Cruz then tried again & said he only meant those attacking cops. Tucker again said whoa, whoa, I don’t believe this. People who attack cops are criminals, but they are not terrorists. Why did you say “terrorists”..
Cruz said throughout his long career, he has always used the word terrorist to describe people attacking cops. Tucker really didn’t believe him again, but then quickly asked Cruz why they aren’t going after Ray Epps & the guy in the tower saying “move forward”.
This gave Cruz a breather & he showed righteous indignation that Epps & the tower guy should be held accountable.
That’s an overview, but as I said the full video would be better.
You said; “Life insurance for smokers is very high and is null if the person was a smokers at time of a caused death.”
The part of your sentence that says “Life insurance for smokers is very high....” I agree with. Yes their premiums are generally higher then a non-smokers. The rest of your sentence, “and is NULL if the person was a smoker at time of a caused death.” I don’t find that to be correct.
IF the person disclosed he/she was a smoker at time of applying for insurance and the insurance company accepted them. I am almost sure they would have to pay out. Now if he/she LIED and didn’t disclose they were a smoker then the insurance would deny them.
Here is what I found.
“4. Smoking, or Another Health-Related Issue
If you smoke, and as a result have high-blood pressure and don’t communicate this to your insurance company during this one- to two-year period, it has the right to cancel your policy.
Asking if you smoke or if you have ever smoked is a pretty standard question on any life insurance application. Maybe you quit smoking a couple of years ago. The insurance company will still ask if you used to smoke and how long ago you quit. It matters, because the effects of smoking are long term. Some insurance companies might classify you as a non-smoker if you haven’t smoked for a couple of years. For others, it might take five or 10 years of not smoking before you’re considered a non-smoker.
Where something like high blood pressure is concerned, this is a perfect example of the importance of being completely honest when filling out a life insurance application. Let’s say you don’t mention that you have high blood pressure on your application, and then you die in a manner that seemingly has nothing to do with your high blood pressure — maybe in a car accident — within the period of contestability. The insurance company could assert that you did have high blood pressure and that it could have been the cause of your death. See how that works?”

I know insurance companies will try their hardest to keep from paying out though regardless.
You are supposed to let the insurance carrier know. Otherwise they may have cause for not paying out.
Thanks. I figured that would be his excuse, since the topic was Capitol Police when he made the statement.

Nothing happening yet, MS. B.
Hurray!
PNG watch out!
Thanks Spunky. I figure if you died in a car accident it would be hard to prove otherwise.
With A 40% increase in Unexplained deaths in younger people, something will have to be done.
Thanks. I’m relating this to vaccine.
And that’s why they call him “Lyin’ Ted”.
Tucker should have given him a shovel.
“So what did the opportunist say to try and justify his remarks?”
That he has for the last 10 years always called those who go after cops terrorists. If he actually has used that term all those years, I can see that as being his mind set.
I just found this site which identifies the meaning of terrorism in different countries. The US is towards the bottom.
I DO believe there was a segment there on Jan 6th that I consider to be terrorists and Cruz said that is who he was directing his comment to.
