Life insurance for smokers is very high and is null if the person was a smokers at time of a caused death. Insurance companies could proves that the vaccines cause certain deaths and could use similar procedures. That could set off lawsuits for uninsured? Who to sue?
I’m just throwing this out there. Things can change, just as they did with tobacco companies.
Lol I hear ya, Spunky. I do remember Tom Cotton going to Sea Island for a big muckety muck meeting long, long ago. I also remember many anti-Trumpers being there, and that made me skeptical about him. But it was way back at the beginning of the Trump adventure, so he may have been finding his way.

I don’t see why the insurance company wouldn’t have to pay, but it would depend on the particular policy & if it specifically stipulated nonpaymen for a specific cause of death.
Like smoking.

I think most life insurance policies pay out for smoking-related deaths. However, if you are a smoker, the premiums are much higher.
I was thinking more in the line of skydiving, or race car driving. The policy might have specific items like this.

I wonder if an insurance company can subrograte if at a later date they learn the vax was directly responsible for their loss, or would they have to file suit on a per claim basis to recoup.
Those could be some interesting - and complicated - proceedings.
Might be earth shattering if future policies specifically preclude payment for vax-related injuries.
