I got mine about a month ago since they are predicting a bad flu this year. There are a lot of people sick right now.

That said...when I went to get it, I asked the NP if there was any chance of it getting mixed or mixed up with the Covid vax and she walked me through the process. They are kept in separate coolers and she enters the code from each vial into the computer to make sure it’s the right vax. She did it all right in front of me. She never asked my covid vax status but I made sure she knew I didn’t want it. LOL

My husband is refusing to get his this year because he’s afraid they will sneak the covid vax in on him.

TC! What strains of the Flu are they vaccinating for this year? Do you normally react to it and did you this time? I usually feel lousy for a few days if I take the Flu Shot and still do vitamin D, zinc, and elderberry to be sure.

If the flu shot works for you, I’m glad you got it. Sounds like your doctor’s office has the system error-proof.

I had very bad luck with the flu shot years ago, swore I would never get another one, and haven’t fallen ill with the flu since!
