I think it might have been last spring or maybe last fall? There was a surge in cases, but it also coincided with increased pollen counts.
I figured it was just allergies, but had to go to the doctor for another reason and they wanted a test. I’m guessing all the other folks with allergies were also getting tested, it was a 1.75 hour wait in our cars.
I’m immunocompromised and had the ‘VID in August. I got over it without hospitalization or a trip to the ER, with an O2 that remained at 95 and above. I felt like sh!t for a week, and then I was fine.
For many, especially the healthy, the whole thing is overblown. Even some of us who are “at risk” will be FINE. In my case, the shot did more damage than the virus. Far more.
And Omicron, being as virulent as it is, has already taken dominance over Delta in highly populated areas. We see it when hospitals are flooded with, “positives” who have merely sniffles and a sore throat, although PCR can’t differentiate between corona viruses - they just say you have one. Now is the time for healthy people to catch it so they can fight it off and have immunity.
Healthy people who are still scared should take the same things they’d take to treat a cold: Vitamin D, C, A, and Zinc. Basically, OTC Cold-Eeze.
You think those symptoms even come near flu symptoms? The flu is a 101 fever, living in the bathroom to be nearer the vomit tub, unable to eat or drink for 4 days. Soaked with sweat bed linens. Explosive diarrhea. - wishing the end would come soon.
Your description of your symptoms don’t even rise to the level of season hay fever. God, we’ve become a nation of little baby girls that cannot abide even the slightest discomfort.

My experience as an unvaccinated scientist is that the VAXXED are the sloppiest about shedding and spewing their infectious leavings.
Much of that is because many of them aren't that bright, and they rely on their biology parrots [aka "doctors"] to "inform" them on the dempanic.

We have more cases NOW with 60% of the US population “vaccinated” than we did before the vaccines appeared in the US.

Same thing is going on everywhere in Europe. There are such extreme spikes everywhere. In many cases there are one-day rates much higher than in the US, so far. Spain had 168,000 detections in a day, which would be around 1,000,000 in the US. Several of our relatives and friends there caught it last week. It’s not about US policy or behavior.
Not my state - deaths are steady in the high teens per day with cases in the high thousands - ICUs are supposedly full.
In theory we validate the variant and Delta is still prominent here with 98% of the cases.

And the Euros have substantially higher Vax rates than the Americans, and are more conscientious about masks and quarantine moreover. Spain in particular is much more compliant in all this. And yet... Covid is, so far, spiking higher there than in the US. All these precautions are not much use.
I didn’t feel up to going out for 3 weeks in March 2020 because of my dry cough and extreme fatigue. I only went to the supermarket because we were running out of food. I didn’t feel like my old self for 6 weeks.
1. Infection and Gestation
I plan to "pre-activate" the interferon in my innate immune system. COVID-19 blocks the production of interferon, which delays the response of the Killer Cells of the innate immune system.
To "pre-activate" the interferon, I will use a hot/cold treatment every 3 days. I will go into my backyard hot tub, set at 104 degrees F. I'll follow a 10-minutes in and then 10 minutes out pattern for about an hour.
The goal is to have the body ready and waiting to find COVID-19 viruses if they enter my body.

2. Strengthening the Endothelial Cells
I will take Zinc and the Zinc ionophore Quercetin. Quercetin will allow the Zinc to pass through the cell membrane, where it will wait for the COVID-19 virus to bond and insert its RNA. Then it will stop the RNA replication process inside the cell.
3. Fight Oxidative Stress
To buy my immune system time to develop the antibodies to fight the fast-replicating (hindered by Zinc) COVID-19 virus, I will take NAC and Sulforphane to keep my Glutathione antioxidant levels high. Antioxidants replace the lost electrons from O2 superoxide molecules, keeping them from forming H2O2 hydrogen peroxide, which is what damages the internal organs.
COVID-19 binds to the ACE2 receptors, which block the proteins which normally trigger the production of Glutathione. This causes the body to go into Glutathione deficiency, which leads to oxidative stress, which causes the organs to fail. This is when people are put on ventilators.

4. General Health
I will take vitamin C and D3, and also Magnesium for bone health (where blood cells are made).
I hope that this combination of therapies will keep my body's natural immune system charged and ready to fight COVID-19 if I should get it.

What should make ppl furious is that Fauci and the NIAID/CDC sent money to the Wuhan lab for gain of function experiments. Strangely, a virus later escaped from the very same lab and wreaked havoc on our society. Vaccinated or not, hundreds of thousands of Americans have died—and will continue to succumb—from this virus. How fortuitous then that the CDC has been working on a MRNA corona virus vaccine for a few years. 🤬

My friend who is a home healthcare worker and her husband weren’t feeling well over Christmas. Both continued to work. Both got Covid tested as soon as they could. She tested positive, he tested negative. No Quarantine required because they were told they were “past the infectious stage”. 🤔
