I don’t disagree with a word you have said.

No a nurse can read a chart. However a nurse may not make a diagnosis (it’s called scope of care). This RN has engaged in post hoc ergo propter hoc.

Additionally the definition of a whistle blower is someone with affirmative knowledge of fraud or wrong doing. It is a term very often abused recently. To lend credibility to nothing more than an opinion

The fact of the matter is the RN has opined something.

read a chart or file? yes. Make an independent judgement based on information contained therein? Not even close

The biggest problem with what I said is the “Who cares?” part.

Nah, the funding will be depleted as the young who pay into it are being killed or disabled. :(

What rule babe I broken? Go ahead. Tell me. It’s not like the person who earlier threatened to doxx the physicians on this board. That is a direct violation of what free republic asks.

You are engaging in a classic liberal tactic. If someone disagrees with you then they should be zotted.

Just out of curiosity what is your DU handle. You probably fit in well over there.

Numbers-wise though it’s the old folks going down. They have more things wrong in the first place.

And a lot of the youngsters paying in aren’t making good money.
So I see it as a big plus for SocSec.

Yes I have seen the curriculum. Some nurses have a diploma. Some nurses have an associate. Some have a BSN. Some have masters. But unless you are an APRN not a single one of those courses is entitled differential diagnosis or physical diagnosis.

Please tell me where in the nursing curriculum or nursing boards where diagnosis is on their scope of care? This nurse is making a diagnosis. I have simply pointed out it is not in the scope of his care and therefore he is rendering an opinion. Based not on education or training. But apparently based on wanting to be heard.

Those who’ve submitted to the fear and rolled up their sleeve are so invested in that decision they’ll say almost anything to convince themselves they were right and selfishly they don’t care how many are harmed.

The trial periods for such things have been skipped and FDA claims to be unable to release the Pfizer safety data for three quarters of a century. This renders the “safe and effective” mantra as nothing more than an unsubstantiated claim.

I agree with that as well. Your statement is what has given rise to Fauci. A pedantic political creature who is as detestable as he is stupid.

I have not been shown to be wrong. Sometimes past is prologue with certain members of our good forum. Besides we had a drawing today. It’s my turn to take on the conga line.

Nope
It’s called let your yes be your yes and your no be your no. But thank you for the scriptural rebuke. It does not seem to be on point thought as I was under the impression that judge not lest he be judged.

Helps to understand the entire class text of the New Testament instead of cherry picking a verse.

I have spoken with a couple of nurses that have said the number of people coming in with strokes and heart issues dwarfs the numbers in any one year period over a 15, and 9 year careers. One is an emergency room nurse. Diagnose? no, but she can see the obvious correlation of the numbers from person experience.

My niece (34) had to be hauled into the hospital emergency room about two hours after the shot, in anaphylactic shock. My best friend’s niece (31) had a stroke within 36 hours and spent a couple of weeks in a coma. Yep, nurses know this is normal /S

Is a nurse who has been an ER nurse for 15 years qualified to say that in his or her first 14 years he or she has seen X number of cases of pericarditis, strokes in young people, or any number of conditions, and in the last year has seen Y number of cases?

Is he or she also qualified to point out that a given number divided by 14 yields, as an average, another number and that a different number, the number of incidents of a given condition they observed in 2021, greatly exceeds this first number?

You do stipulate that nurses can do math, don’t you?

What this proves is dragging federal dollars through the medical community at large results in many of them doing and saying practically anything no matter how ridiculous and absurd, while they blame others for their own behavior. Do no harm is right out the window and just about everybody on earth has a valid damage claim.

Nurses, Paramedics………..

Everything is called “Possible”.

Even if the patient has an obvious Compound FX of the Midline Femur with bone sticking out………….it’s a Possible Fracture if and until a Doctor says it is.

Paramedics have their own Licenses to practice Emergency Medicine, but they are using and conducting treatments under the Medical Control Doctor’s License.

Nurses are the same. Whatever facility or Medical System they’re functioning in, they are operating with their license and the Chief Doctor’s License.

A nurse can’t decide to medicate a patient on their own.
They need a Doctor’s order.

There are Standing Orders and Protocols however that are preset by the Medical Control Doctor.

The guy woke up much better today and is getting discharged.

These kind of ‘ doctors’
