Was Dr. Fauci and friends/NIH involved in the sudden concurrent appearance in the 1980s of both FIV and HIV? Why was there a sudden heavy population of FIV infected cats over the next two decades (90s to 2000s) to the point where Humane Societies had entire buildings housing FIV cats? My kitties demand answers.

Perhaps a Go-Fund-Me for the kitties, which would turn into a meow-sive class action lawsuit.
I do think that they do infect pets intentionally - they could even have been hoping FIV would jump to people. Wondering about Mad Cow disease - perhaps one of their early forays into prion disease. Perhaps bovine whistleblowers were silenced before talking?
