Is Trump “supporting” the vaxx or is he supporting the individual’s right to reason and decide on their own concerning the vaxx?

I just think that these vaccines ought properly be rebuked and then rejected. Trump certainly has to be aware of the damage that they are causing. Is he speaking out on that?
I cannot keep up with all of the developments. He is being presented as encouraging the vaccines by stating that he got his and his ‘booster’ implying that they are safe and effective. Clearly they are not. I do not understand him on this.
I do not think that he is running in 2024.
